Riverbend Community Outreach exists so no neighbor has to face a hard season alone. Since 2009, we've provided food, tutoring, and support to families across Riverbend and the surrounding area — no judgment, no red tape, just help when it's needed. We're powered almost entirely by volunteers and community donations, and every program is built around one idea: people do better when they have people around them. Free homework help and reading support for K-8 students, three afternoons a week.
Grocery runs, friendly visits, and rides to appointments for older neighbors living alone.
Drop off non-perishables at our main location, 9am–2pm. Every can counts.
A one-hour info session for anyone curious about volunteering. No commitment required.
Free backpacks and school supplies for local students, while supplies last.

Yes — Riverbend Community Outreach is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Our EIN is available on request.

Yes — non-perishable food, gently used clothing, and school supplies are always welcome. Reach out before dropping off larger items.
Donations go directly toward food, tutoring materials, and senior support services — we keep overhead low so more of every dollar reaches neighbors.
